Be heard, on your terms.

Write down what happened in your own words. It stays private, and no one sees it unless you decide to share it.

Free for employees. Private by default. You choose what gets shared.

You do not need the perfect label first.

Choose the space that matches what you are trying to do. Employee records and employer tools stay separate.

Something happened at work.

Start with one sentence. Keep it private. Decide later whether anyone else ever sees it.

Write first. Decide later.

  1. Write one sentence. Plain words are fine. No forms, no legal terms, and no pressure to get it right the first time.
  2. Add details when you are ready. Dates, names, emails, screenshots, photos, over days or weeks, or leave them out.
  3. You decide what happens next. Keep it private, download your own copy, or send a structured complaint to your employer.

Pricing with numbers.

Employee private records are $0. Complaint-only employer response is employer pricing at $50 to $150 per complaint. The full annual employer system starts at $600 per year.
