Employee engagement software built for trust and follow-through.

Launch a short confidential employee engagement pulse, protect individual responses, review grouped workplace factors, and turn the results into action plans with owners and due dates.

What does the employee engagement pulse measure?

The 16-question pulse covers commitment, purpose and alignment, enablement, manager support, recognition and growth, belonging and respect, employee voice and follow-through, and sustainable work.

Create the first confidential pulse

Enter the organization details once. No payment details are requested during this first setup. Verity reviews the organization and the requester’s authority before any invitation can be sent.

The founding paid pilot is $250 once. If approved as paid, Verity sends a Stripe-hosted payment link to the work email. Private management links unlock only after payment is confirmed and recorded or Verity marks that specific pulse as a qualified comped pilot. Verity then sends one-time response links directly to employees, and employers do not receive usable response codes.

Plan a pulse employees can trust

Straight answers before an organization starts.

Is this anonymous or confidential?

This first pulse is designed as a no-name confidential survey. The survey does not ask for employee identity fields, but no system can promise that a person can never be inferred from timing or a very small group. Basic network data may also be processed to prevent abuse. That is why results stay grouped and hidden below the response thresholds.

Can a manager see who gave a low score?

No. The employer results do not include individual answers, response timestamps, used codes, names, emails, or free-text comments.

Why are comments turned off?

Free text can reveal identity through names, events, writing style, or unique details. Verity starts with scaled questions only. A future comment feature should require stronger redaction and a higher privacy threshold.

Is this a complaint channel?

No. The engagement pulse shows team patterns. An employee who needs an individual record can use Verity’s separate private record path without involving the employer.

What happens after the survey?

Leaders review grouped factors, choose no more than two focus areas, assign an owner, set a due date, communicate the commitment, and check progress with the team.

When does the employer pay for Engagement Pulse?

The founding paid pilot is $250 once. The initial request requires no payment details. Verity first reviews the organization and the requester’s authority. If approved as a paid pilot, Verity sends a Stripe-hosted payment link to the work email. Employee invitations unlock only after payment is confirmed and recorded. A limited number of qualified founding pilots may be comped under the same confidentiality rules.

Does Verity decide whether a workplace is good or bad?

No. Verity organizes feedback and action. It does not investigate, make legal findings, decide employment outcomes, or replace qualified HR or legal advice.
