Creating and keeping a private workplace record is free, and stays free. Employees are never billed, and paying does not give an employer access to an employee's private record.

Complaint only: $50 to $150 per complaint

For employers responding to one complaint at a time. The employer is billed when employer response begins, not when a complaint notice arrives.

• $50 for a general workplace issue, such as recurring conflict or unfair treatment concerns.
• $75 for a policy or wage issue, such as a policy violation or pay question.
• $150 for serious or complex matters such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or multi-issue complaints.

Policy only: from $300 per year

A lighter annual plan for policy organization, current-version control, employee policy access, and review-needed flags. It is half the price of the full employer system in every headcount band, because it does not include the complaint workspace, multi-user complaint workflow, or cross-matter oversight.

• 1 to 24 employees: $300 per year, about $25 per month.
• 25 to 49 employees: $450 per year, about $38 per month.
• 50 to 149 employees: $750 per year, about $63 per month.
• 150 to 249 employees: $1,200 per year, about $100 per month.
• 250 to 499 employees: $1,800 per year, about $150 per month.
• 500 to 999 employees: $2,700 per year, about $225 per month.
• 1000 or more employees: custom quote.

Full employer system: from $600 per year

Complaints, policy, team access, and oversight together, priced annually by headcount instead of per complaint.

• 1 to 24 employees: $600 per year, about $50 per month.
• 25 to 49 employees: $900 per year, about $75 per month.
• 50 to 149 employees: $1,500 per year, about $125 per month.
• 150 to 249 employees: $2,400 per year, about $200 per month.
• 250 to 499 employees: $3,600 per year, about $300 per month.
• 500 to 999 employees: $5,400 per year, about $450 per month.
