Straight answers for employer teams

What should an employer do first if nothing is live yet?

Start with listening. Choose Engagement Pulse for a broad view of employee experience or the free Workplace Risk Check for a shorter, focused team signal.

What if the real need is one complaint right now?

If you received a Verity complaint notice, open that notice. If the complaint began outside Verity, review the complaint process and pricing, then contact Verity about setup.

What if the team wants a year-round system instead of reacting case by case?

Use the pricing and full-system pages. Those explain the difference between complaint-only, policy-first, and the larger employer system more clearly.

Do employee survey answers become complaint records?

No. Engagement Pulse and Workplace Risk Check answers are reported as group patterns. They do not automatically create complaint cases, private employee records, or individual performance files.
